Core Values Spotlight – Problem Solving Through Creativity

The Ralph H Simpson Company has identified four core values that define who we are and what differentiates us from other structural and miscellaneous metals contractors in Chicagoland. We’d  like to dedicate four blog posts to these core values so that we can share why we’re a cut above the rest and have earned our moniker as “Masters of Steel.” This is the first of those posts, dedicated to our core value of “Problem Solving Through Creativity.”

We’ve been in business since 1842. Over the past 182 years, we’ve seen a lot. Done a lot. Built a lot. We’ve had our share of challenging projects and we’ve learned that sometimes the only way to solve a difficult problem is to think outside the box and come up with some new ideas. Our team in the office and in the shop see problems as opportunities. We work with some of the best detailers, engineers and erectors in the business and tap into their wisdom and experience to come up with solutions to challenges. We balance all of that experience with fresh thinking to come up with ways to get your project done.
